Ubiterra Corporation is a Colorado-based software company leveraging cloud technology to help asset teams drill & complete better wells.

Management Team

Peter Flanagan

President

The launch of Ubiterra marks Mr. Flanagan’s fourth company providing software solutions for the oil and gas industry. He was also CEO for his two prior successful software companies: Parallel Geosciences, formed to provide processing and storage of seismic data for its oil and gas clients, and Reflection Software, creator of the SeisVision 3D seismic interpretation solution with attribute analysis, mapping tools, and other applications. Both solutions continue to be utilized by oil and gas companies around the globe today. Mr. Flanagan later co-founded Transzap, a cloud-based transaction accounting internet service for the oil and gas industry. Transzap was later purchased and re-named Oildex, which today serves over 1,000 oil and gas clients as the dominant accounting transaction service in the industry. Most recently, he shared the Society of Exploration Geoscientists (SEG) 2018 Cecil Green Enterprise Award with former Parallel Geoscience Corporation partners Daniel and Robin Herold. Peter started his career as a geophysicist at BP Amoco in Denver, Colorado, in 1983 after earning his MS degree in Geophysics from the University of Arizona.

Ms. Hamilton’s career includes merger and acquisition experience, Treasury and IT systems management and HR with various companies, many of them start-ups, some where she was COO. In helping those companies grow, she provided guidance for global growth strategy, raising capital, corporate structure and governance. She has also been responsible for the financial and SEC compliance necessary for taking a company public (Intrado: NASDAQ), managing the subsequent Investor Relations efforts and eventual exit strategy.
In addition to being on Ubiterra’s Board of Directors, she is a member of the advisory committees for Exum Instruments. She holds a B.S. degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Rachel Stocking

Director of Sales and Marketing

Ms. Stocking leads the sales and marketing initiatives for Ubiterra, leveraging insights gained from a decade in oil and gas.
Ms Stocking's love for oil and gas started in the Long Beach Oil Field, where she served as community relations and government affairs for an oil and gas operator, Signal Hill Petroleum. That initial role led her to discover geoscience and engineering. Sales and marketing became the vehicle that allowed her to “geek out,” as she puts it, on technical tools that help drive the industry toward making better decisions, and better wells. She has successfully sold reflection seismology services for NodalSeismic, microseismic services for Spectraseis and ESG Solutions, and an electromagnetic frac fluid tracking tool for Deep Imaging. Her genuine caring spirit combined with her ability to understand technical concepts and communicate their value, make her an asset to her teams.
Ms. Stocking holds a B.S. degree in Journalism and Spanish from California State University, Long Beach.

Andrew McCallister
